Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Compliance
HDMovie4 ("the Website") respects the intellectual property rights of creators, producers, film studios, and copyright holders. It is our policy to respond promptly to clear, documented notices of alleged copyright infringement in strict accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512, "DMCA") and relevant international copyright treaties.
Nature of Our Service (Non-Hosting Provider)
HDMovie4 operates exclusively as a search engine, information index, and hyperlink directory for cinematic media available publicly across the World Wide Web. Please be formally advised of the following operational realities:
- No Media Stored on Our Servers: HDMovie4 does not upload, store, host, encode, broadcast, or transmit any video files, media streams, torrent archives, or copyrighted multimedia on its servers or cloud infrastructure.
- Hyperlinks and Embeds Only: All video streams, download links, and players displayed on this website are embedded from or link directly to third-party file-sharing and cloud hosting services (such as Doodstream, Streamtape, Mixdrop, Google Drive, and independent content delivery networks) that are completely unaffiliated with HDMovie4.
- Third-Party Control: Because HDMovie4 has no physical or technical control over third-party external hosting servers, the fastest and most effective method to remove infringing content permanently is to contact the abuse department of the actual file hosting provider where the file physically resides.
Notice and Takedown Procedure
If you are a copyright owner, or an authorized agent acting on behalf of an owner of an exclusive copyright that is allegedly infringed, and you believe that links hosted on our website infringe upon your copyrighted work, you may submit a written DMCA Takedown Notification to our designated copyright agent containing the following statutory elements:
- Identification of Copyrighted Work: A clear description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works (including title, production year, and official studio registration if available).
- Identification of Infringing Material: Direct URLs on HDMovie4 (e.g.,
https://hdmovie4.com/movie/example-title) where the alleged infringing hyperlink or embedded player is located, sufficient to allow our staff to identify and locate the specific page. - Contact Information: Your complete legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and an official email address through which you can be reached.
- Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy & Penalty of Perjury Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Signature: A physical or electronic signature (e.g.,
/s/ John Doe) of the authorized copyright holder or legal representative.
Designated Abuse & DMCA Contact
All valid DMCA notices must be sent via email to our dedicated legal and abuse team:
Email: [email protected] (or submit directly via our Contact Page)
Upon receipt of a valid and complete notification meeting all statutory requirements set forth above, HDMovie4 will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the disputed hyperlinks and update our database within 24 to 48 business hours. Incomplete notices lacking specific URLs or verifiable contact details cannot be processed.
Repeat Infringer Policy
HDMovie4 adheres to a strict repeat infringer policy. We reserve the right to ban user accounts, terminate access, or blacklist specific third-party embed providers that repeatedly violate copyright regulations or fail to respect legal takedown directives.
